With the fast development of collectivization and internationalization,there are more and more Group Enterprises in China.Many group enterprises merges other companies in their own development,so the headquarters of the group enterprises are facing more and more difficulties and challenges in the management and control of the subsidiaries of different ownerships.In all these difficulties and challenges,salary management and control is one of the key and difficult points.QD Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a mega state-owned energy company.The main business scope of Q Group is the investment and operation of natural gas and power generations,natural gas pipelines,city pipeline networks,LNG receiving terminals and trunk lines,and other related businesses.With the fast development of collectivization and internationalization,QD Group is expanding rapidly.In the end of the year 2015,QD Group owned more than 160 subsidiaries of various types of ownership.At the same time,it is facing more and more difficulties and challenges in the management and control of the subsidiaries of different ownerships.In the field of Human Resource Management,salary management and control plays a significant role,and affects the subsidiary companies deeply.Combining with the actual conditions of QD group,this paper analyzes the problems in salary management and control of the QD group,and propounds the suggestions for the salary management and control model of the group.This paper propounds that,according to different characteristics and attributes of the subsidiaries,the headquarters of the group enterprises should use differential salary management and control model.And contraposing the problems existing in the salary management and control of the group,the paper put forwards its optimized improving suggestions in organization structure design,labor cost budget,salary and welfare system management,gross salary control,informatiation construction.
