Along with the accelerated process of economic globalization,the import and export trade scope between our country and international has also been gradually expanding,our country has become an essential part of the global economy?But behind the rapid development of economic and trade is the serious situation of energy consumption in our country,the problem of pollution and ecological destruction brought by large amounts of energy demand has attracted lots of attentions from all around the world.Based on these background,this paper is broadly into three parts:In the first part,this paper do a detail review of the present research background from the differences of model,sector aggregation,modern assumption and so on,then compare how those differences influence the calculation results by empirical study,researches show that: 1)under the same premise and other assumptions,the calculate results of embodied energy in China's export trade based on non-competitive input-output model are 19%-30.2% higher than competitive input-output model,import embodied energy is also higher 19.4%-30.5%.2)in order to compare how the sector affect results,this paper use three different sectors aggregation to calculate,researches found: the calculate results from 25 sectors are higher than the results from 19 sectors.Therefore,use the more sectors can get lesser results.3)the calculate results of export embodied energy by use China's energy consumption coefficient is 33.33% higher than the results of use correction coefficient.The second part,since Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region have become an important area of the China's economic development as well as an high-density of energy consumption,establish the IRIO model to calculate embodied energy and transfer between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,results found: Hebei is a embodied energy net outflow province,in 2007,embodied energy net outflows to beijing-tianjin implied is as high as 21.34 million tce.The third part,use the concept of industrial transfer and calculate the industrial gradient of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,combining with the regional comparative advantage industry and obtain a transfer path between the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,according to this path and calculate the embodied energy transferred between beijing-tianjin-hebei region after industrial transfer,research found that: if each region can successful transfer according to the path,thus the beijing-tianjin-hebei region will avoid to consume embodied energy 765700,1142000 and 427000 tce respectively,so that can relieve the problem of pollution effectively.At last,combining with the path of industrial transfer and put forward the corresponding energy saving strategies and,so that to maximize the economic benefits and minimize the environmental pollution in beijingtianjin-hebei region.
