With the development of global economic and high speed development of global communication and transportation,more and more multination corporations can easily communicate between their headquarters and subsections.In current condition of globalize development,every corporation want to get more benefits and improve their competitive strengths by globalize marketing for their survival and better development.In general,corporations that with global marketing will facing a big challenge for different requests for different resources,different areas and customs in different global markets.According to resources and competitive status of different corporations,they need to develop differentiation product for different region requirements firstly and then improve product for balancing customer requests,company cost and benefits,then with more and more orders and Intelligent manufacturing development,need make products and service as standard to get lower cost,more global markets and core competitiveness step by step.G Company has met that issue in product differentiation and standard,this paper will focus on how to define and renew the product strategy under global marketing areas,and choose one G Multinational Corporation as the sample try to analyze and study it,to reach a conclusion about the better management and solution on product strategy and build frame even implement measures.At the same time hope other companies can refer the research conclusion of product strategy.
