The Research On Profit Model Of Leisure Agriculture Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's economy,Chinese people's living level has been gradually improved,and the leisure agriculture in our country has also developed rapidly.However,compared with the foreign and Taiwan areas in China's leisure agriculture industry is still in the initial stage of development,facing the important task of industrial upgrading.The most prominent problem is that the profit model is single and rugged,which is far from meeting the growing demand of urban residents.On the existing problems,this paper is located in the suburb of Shanghai Hengsha Island X Orchard for example,carried out research on the profit model in fruit and vegetable products,leisure and tourism services as one of the leisure agriculture company.This paper adopts the way of combination of literature analysis and case analysis,and carries out research on the basis of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.First of all,it is asking questions.By elaborating the background,purpose and significance of the research,we draw the research topic of this paper:how to choose a profitable mode suitable for self growth and development in leisure agriculture.The following is the analysis of the problem,in the analysis of results before domestic and international relevant theories and research and the literature review,research and industry situation of leisure agriculture and the basic situation of the case enterprise X orchard,on this basis,based on the profit model of model theory to carry on the analysis,obtains the X profit model is suitable for the development of orchard platform type club profit model.Finally,is the part to solve the problem,this paper proposes four aspects of theory of four elements of general profit model from the profit point,profit source,profit leverage,profit barrier analysis scheme of the X orchard implementation platform profit model of the club type,and summed up the kernel mechanism of profit creation,specifically described as:in the orchard the product as the starting point,multi-level composite profits to provide differentiated leisure products and high-quality service for the customer creation system.The case is the MBA students entrepreneurial projects,I hope this study completes the topic,at the same time can really help out of the orchard operating difficulties,bring economic benefits for the company growth,driven around the development of employment,and the suburbs of Shanghai and the surrounding city is similar to that of the orchard industry business transformation will be helpful.
