Research On The Evolution Of Automobile Supply Chain Network Based On Improved BA Model

With the deepening of economic globalization,the automobile supply chain has been transformed from a single chain to a complex network structure.Therefore,a complex network theory method is applied to model the automobile supply chain network and the complex structure and evolution characteristics of the automobile supply chain network are studied.It is of great significance to improve the operation of the automobile supply chain network in a complex environment.There are a few highly connected manufacturers in the automotive supply chain network,which have complex features without scale and are consistent with the characteristics of the BA model.Therefore,this paper takes the automotive supply chain network as the research object and abstracts it as a BA network in a complex network.According to the evolutionary characteristics of the automotive supply chain network,the “adsorption degree” and “anti-optimal degradation” rules were introduced to improve the BA model.The improved BA model was applied to the modeling of the automobile supply chain network,and the MATLAB tool was used to simulate the evolution of the car supply chain.Three sets of parameters were set to simulate the growth phase,maturity phase,and decline phase of the automotive supply chain network.The statistical characteristics of the network study the various stages.The results show that with the evolution of the automotive supply chain network,scale-free features are present at all stages,and each stage also exhibits different network characteristics.During the growth phase,the degree of manufacturers in the automotive network was low,mostly between 1 and 2.The average shortest path and network size of the network is also small.When the automotive supply chain network enters the mature stage from the growth stage,the cooperation between the manufacturers increases,and the degree generally increases.For example,the value of a certain vendor reaches 37.At the same time,the average degree of network and the average shortest path have also increased.When the network evolved into a recession phase,some manufacturers withdrew from the network,the cooperation between manufacturers decreased,and the degree of value decreased significantly.With reference to the actual supply chain network data of FAW Group and GAC Group in the “China Automotive Industry Yearbook”,the supply chain network characteristics of FAW Group and GAC Group were studied.By comparing the supply chain network of FAW Group and Guangzhou Automobile Group with the network characteristics of the auto supply chain network simulated in this paper in the phases of growth,maturity and decline,it is concluded that the two groups of auto supply chain networks are currently in a growth stage and have forecasted The development characteristics of the future supply chain network of the two groups.
