Supply chain management provides an effective cooperation form to lower production costs andimprove quality to conform resources shortage, the popularization of communication technology, customer diversity and faster update of consume trend. With integration management, supply chainmanagement make advantages and optimize resources and capabilities of all members in supply chainnetwork, and improve overall performance while creating core competitiveness which single enterprisecan not achieve, creating a win-win result and make sustainable development. The coexist of cooperationand competition makes it difficult to balance profit, resulting proliferation of opportunistic behaviors, poor cooperation performance and instability, other than long-term goal and win-win result, it is difficultto make full use of supply chain management. To achieve stable supply chain partnerships and enhance the performance of supply chaincollaboration, gradual introduction of incentives focusing on coordination of interests among supplychain members has been practiced, but the poor performance of incentives makes it sure that supply chainmanagement is suffering serious instability and unsustainable situation, statistics showing that the failurerate of supply chain collaboration is over50%,it is of important significance to study the design andimplementation of incentives strategy. In the perspective of sustainable relationship of supply chain, based on " class life" system, thisstudy explores the factors affecting incentives, dynamic differences in different phases, with conclusionsdrawn from the analysis, this study discusses strategies of incentives and overall incentive-building. Itaims to provide substantial help the supply chain incentives practice. This paper proposes an analysisperspective of "class life" of incentive strategy, identifies key factors affecting supply chain incentivesbased on existing theory and researches, and builds a factor system includes economic,"spirit", andinstitutional environment. Economic factors are allocation of benefits, special investment;"spirit" factorsare trust, reputation and cultural compatibility; environmental factors are degree of market andgovernment regulation. And based on incentives practice, this paper extracts the opportunism andcollaboration performance as measure dimensions for incentive effectiveness. With existing relationshipsdivisions, this paper builds a hypothetical model of affecting factors covering stages of infancy, growthand maturity. This paper uses SPSS and AMOS tool to analyze data collected from questionnaire, andmake statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis andstructural equation hypothesis test. Several conclusions of factors influence in main relationship life cyclestages are obtained. By vertical and horizontal analysis and comparison of influence of all factors, thispaper proposes a systematical thought of incentive strategy centering on the main line of the allocation of benefits. Finally, in the view of relationship life cycle, this paper combs and analyzes basic incentivestrategies of relationship infancy phase, growth phase and maturity phase.
