Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Participation In Order Agriculture In Agricultural Value Chain Financing

Agriculture plays a fundamental role in China's economy.The development of agricultural economy has a significant role in promoting the development of the national economy.The stable and sustainable development of agriculture is a strong guarantee for the stable and sustained development of China's economy.At the two sessions in 2018,it was proposed to speed up the construction of a modern agricultural industrial park and an advantaged area of characteristic agricultural products,stabilize and optimize grain production,cultivate new-type business entities,and strengthen socialized services for small farmers.For a long time,one of the main reasons constraining the development of China's agricultural economy and improving farmers' income levels is that the rural industry chain is not long,and the small farmers' market risk is high.The agricultural value chain has been effective in solving the problem of smallholders' market risks.Along with the maturity of the agricultural value chain,order agriculture has gradually been introduced into agricultural production and management.Order agriculture is a transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.An important part of the order,contract farming uses the contract approach to connect many farmers and the market environment,and better adapted to the industrialization of agriculture,large-scale operations and the opening of the agricultural market.However,in the actual development process,farmers often do not want to participate in the order of agriculture,making the participation rate of the order contract is not high,and some farmers participating in the order agriculture will choose to default in the later stage of the contract.It is regrettable that the development of the order agriculture in the agricultural value chain does not present the necessary prosperity.What are the reasons? What are the problems in the cooperation between farmers and enterprises? What factors have affected the willingness of farmers to participate in ordering agriculture? Therefore,the research goal of this paper is to study the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate in ordering agriculture under the background of agricultural value chain based on the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,according to the actual situation in the development of agricultural value chain and order agriculture in China.The theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combine the findings of the research with targeted and reasonable policy recommendations.This article takes the order agriculture under the background of agricultural value chain as the research subject.First of all,it analyzes the agricultural value chain and theorder agriculture theoretically,including the literature review,the definition of related concepts,the development mode and operational effects,etc.;Huang Tao's order agriculture carried out an analysis of its operating mechanism and supply and demand status,and summarized some issues in its development.Then,it put forward the influencing factors of farmers' participation in ordering agriculture under the background of agricultural value chain and adopted the binary logistic model.The existing survey data is used to analyze the specific influencing factors.Finally,according to the previous analysis,relevant research conclusions are drawn,and based on the research conclusions,the policy recommendations for optimizing the agricultural value chain and increasing the participation in ordering agriculture are proposed.The results of this study show that the age of farmers,the degree of specialization of agricultural products,the degree of commercialization of agricultural products,the participation of agricultural value chains,the organization of orders,the pricing of orders,and the order breaching clauses are significant factors affecting the participation of rural households in order agriculture in the context of agricultural value chain financing.The variables,including the age of the farmer households and the impact of the order pricing method,are negative,indicating that the older the farmers are,the less likely they are to participate in the order agriculture;the degree of specialization of agricultural products and the degree of commercialization are directly proportional to the farmers' willingness to participate in the agricultural contract;agricultural value The farmers in the chain are more willing to participate in the order agriculture;the organization form of “farmers +farmers' cooperatives + enterprises”,the pricing method of “guaranteed acquisition +follow the market” and the clear breach of contract clauses can further enhance the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the order agriculture.The research conclusions of this paper expand the research of order agriculture in the context of agricultural value chain and provide guidance for improving the cooperation rate of order agriculture in China.
