In recent years, the rapid development of science and technology means that the speed of product chan ges has been continuously improved. As consumers demand more and more products, the life cycle of products is getting shorter and shorter. At the same time, consumer demand is constantly changing, and the market risk of newsboy product manufacturers and re tailers is also increasing.Faced with these changes, newsboy product supply chain management has become an important part of supply chain management. In business activities, retailers need to use promotions to achieve the purpose of stimulating potential market demand. This article mainl y discusses the supply chain coordination problem of short life cycle products.Based on the CVa R risk measurement guidelines,a two-tier supply chain system consisting of a risk-averse retailer and a risk-neutral supplier is established. In the system, the retailer can pass Promotional efforts affect market demand. Then build a second-order model and use the revenue-sharing contract and the buyback contract to coordinate the overall supply chain. In the specific work of the dissertation, the risk-neutral overall supply chain profit function is first described, and the optimal order quantity and the best promotion efforts of the supply chain under the centralized decision are analyzed. Then, based on the CVa R criteria and und er the condition of the second order, the risk-averse retailer's revenue-sharing contract and buyback contract profit function are established separately. Finally,by introducing a cost-sharing mechanism,it is proved that the improved contract can complet e the coordination of channels. And get the following management implications: No matter under the conditions of revenue sharing contract or repurchase contract, the order quantity of retail enterprises decreases with the increase of risk aversion, and thi s conclusion is robust.
