With the introduction of many government support policies for SMEs,SMEs can be said to have mushroomed rapidly.However,due to the fact that small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are basically family-owned enterprises,many "stubborn" problems can not be eliminated fundamentally,including frequent employee turnover,family-run businesses,lack of talent investment and lack of incentive mechanisms.Development is very unfavorable.At the same time,as one of the sunrise industry in China,the chemical industry,everyone scrambling to enter this industry,all want to get a piece of cake,its competitiveness and the extent of the difficulties can be imagined.On the other hand,for SMEs,the performance of the sales department has a direct impact on the achievement of the overall goal of the entire enterprise.In SMEs,due to the lack of funds,technology,personnel,systems and other aspects of the lack of support in the market to resist market risk is small,so the sales department staff job requirements are higher,sales performance is related to the performance of the entire business Value realization.And under the special background of China's economic development,effective management of human resources is still being explored,which makes it more difficult for a large number of SMEs to manage and motivate salespeople.As a member of many SMEs,there are many problems in JSJ company's(hereinafter referred to as JSJ)incentive mechanism for sales.Such as single form of motivation,imperfect corporate culture,lack of spiritual incentives,lack of new employee training system and career planning,personnel training costs are very high,salesman only concerned about short-term profits.Therefore,on the basis of drawing on the research results of others,played an independent thinking,analyzing and solving problems,puts forward a set of systematic incentive mechanism suitable for JSJ's sales department:implementation of virtual equity incentives,set long-term service incentive bonuses,strengthen the spirit of encouraging construction,establish sales staff career planning,formulate incentive policies for personal development,establish a welfare system with incentives and so on.At the same time,hope that through the study of this article,it can provide some help to the development of SMEs,and play a certain reference value in the construction of incentive mechanism for sales.
