Application Of Balanced Scorecard In Strategic Performance Evaluation Of Cosmetics Company In China

Although the management concept of balanced scorecard has been popular for a long time,enterprises,especially domestic enterprises,are not widely used in practical application.The balanced scorecard is a relatively more objective and effective tool for evaluating the success or failure of the enterprise,which can not only summarize the past operation results of the enterprise,but also provide guidance for tihe prediction of the future.It can evaluate the short-term operation performance of the managers effectively,and also ensure that the management goal is consistent with the owner's goal,so as to maximize the long-term interests of the enter:prise.In order to realize the enterprise strategy and improve the economic efficiency service,it still has a long way to go.This paper analysis the industry characteristics of domestic cosmetics enterprises,comparing the enterprise strategic management theory and common tools,and research the ideological content objectively,the characteristics of the balanced-scorecard and its application in performance evaluation of enterprise strategy,above all,It gives the advantage of the balanced scorecard in the cosmetics enterprise performance evaluation idea and method.Finally,by setting up the Balanced Scorecard evaluation system for A company,using qualitative and quantitative methods to discuss indicators and weight distribution,and analyzing the data of A company's 3 and a half years,we get the results of its strategic implementation.I hope it can be able to provide some reference for those enterprises which preparing to use the balanced scorecard tool.
