At present,urbanization in China is facing many problems such as the low end of the economic model,high energy consumption,and environmental pollution.The development has gradually entered a bottleneck period.Under this background,the concept of a featured town has been proposed to realize the “production city”.Integration integration".In March 2017,the Central Government’s work report first mentioned the featured towns;in December 2017,the “Several Opinions on Regulating the Construction of Characteristic Small Towns and Characteristic Small Towns” issued by the four ministries clearly stated that the regions need to re Examine the definition of featured towns,rigorously consider the size of employment and resident population in featured towns,and strictly control the separation of production and urban areas brought about by real estate development,and propose to pay attention to building distinctive industries and effectively promote the integration of the three cultures.Under the background of "convergence for integration",the necessity of integration between cities and cities is worth exploring.On this basis,this paper establishes a research system to explore the integration of cities and towns with characteristic features.At this stage,the rapid development of characteristic towns has continuously attracted major investment entities and they have settled in small towns.This has caused the real estate development industry to overshadow the development of characteristic industries.Characteristic industries have developed slowly and cannot keep up with the development of cities and towns,causing an Separation,deformity development.Through the establishment of a game model analysis,the article concludes that the road of integration between cities and cities has become an inevitable one.It can promote cooperation between government and project investors;co-ordinate the long-term and short-term benefits of governments and project investors;and promote the gradual development of small towns.Functional and other aspects to promote the realization of the integration of production towns in featured towns.Based on the realization of the integration of production towns and towns in featured towns,the integrated entropy-Topsis-gray correlation model is adopted to calculate the degree of integration of the town-towns in characteristic towns.This article will be based on industrial economy,human development and The three major aspects of the level of urban development select multiple indicators to build a city-city integration evaluation index system.First,the weight of each indicator is calculated using the entropy method,and then the similarity of the geometric shapes of the data columns is used to determine the characteristic town.The degree of correlation,while using Topsis,determines the positive and negative ideal values and the closeness of each indicator system from the positive and negative ideal values by the Euclidean distance method,and finally uses the evaluation results obtained by the integrated gray correlation and Topsis methods.Relatively close degree,it will be sorted,the degree of closeness can reflect the level of development of the characteristics of small towns,that is,the level of integration of the city.Through the calculation of the integration degree of TL Health Town in ZJ Province,TX Sweater Town,WZ Internet Town,and NH Fund Town,four conclusions are drawn: First,industry orientation,focusing on fostering development in line with their own development The leading industry;the second is people-oriented,to attract more people to settle in the township,to stimulate consumption;third is the integration of functions,so that the infrastructure of the town should match with the development of the industry;Fourth,the structure complement each other and eventually reach the industry-the town--A virtuous cycle between people and a continuous upward development pattern.
