China is a developing country dominated by agriculture. It is also the country with the largest number of poor people. The dual economic structure is very prominent. This leads to the fact that the overwhelming majority of the poor in China are from rural areas. The issue of the poor population has also become the most important issue for China's economic development. The poverty alleviation of supporting agriculture is the main way to solve rural poverty, reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas, promote comprehensive economic construction, and build a harmonious society. It is also a rural financial development practice strategy that has been implemented in our country. Therefore,in light of this social status and research background,we can consider more deeply: Has the central rural financial development played a role in promoting the reduction of rural poverty? If so,what is the actual impact of financial support policies on rural poverty reduction? What is the status of rural poverty between provinces? What are the poverty reduction effects achieved by the financial support policies between different provinces and regions? Where do we need to improve? These have become China's current solution to rural poverty, effective promotion of rural economic development, and comprehensive promotion of urban and rural integration.Major issues that must be studied and solved, and this is the main core of this article's research. This paper mainly constructs the spatial econometric model to make an empirical study on the poverty reduction effect of rural financial development in China, and finds that the rural financial development has a significant impact on the poverty alleviation in rural areas, and is reflected in the rural space region, which will show a more significant savings effect. The effect of investment, resource allocation and income distribution, among which the effect of financial development on poverty reduction in developed provinces and cities is not relatively significant, but the effect of reducing poverty in backward provinces and cities is very significant.Through empirical test,it is found that the effect of mechanism can effectively drive the rural areas. The growth of human capital, the optimization of the industrial structure and the acceleration of the process of urbanization have led to the overall driving of rural financial development and economic growth, the effective mitigation of rural poverty and the overall improvement of the living standards of the rural people.
