Cooperative innovation network is an important form and strategic measure of innovation activity.Under the trend of the continuous emergence of new an d new technologies and accelerating technological upgrading,China vigorously promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology,and actively cultivates the accumulation of independent innovation.However,there are also a series of outstanding issues in the innovation and in dustry integration development.As the most developed city,Shanghai faces the first crisis of transformation and deceleration.it has become an important topic of Shanghai urban development strategy to build a more effective enterprise cooperation innovation network to promote technological innovation cooperation.At present,cooperative innovation network has become a hot research in economic geography.Most scholars' research on cooperative innovation network is mainly to reveal the evolution law of regional cooperation innovation network in a certain scope and specific industry.Including: the relevant connotation,density,scale,center degree,center potential and other basic research of the innovation network,the development status,dynamic evolution and influencing factors of the innovation network.There are few researches on the evolution charac teristics of cooperative innovation networks in different life cycle stages with multi-scale space.In general,the research on the collaborative innovation network of technology-based smes is still in its infancy.The research object of this paper is 783 technology-based smes in Shanghai science and technology small giant project(2013-2016),they correspond to different stages of enterprise life cycle(initial stage and development stage).Based on the patent data of enterprises in the patent retrieval and service system of the state intellectual property office of China from 2001 to 2015,Comprehensive application of enterprise life cycle theory,social network theory,regional innovation network theory With the help of quantitative analysis tools such as SPSS,UCINET and ArcGIS,By system analysis of the Shanghai science and te chnology in the production of small and medium-sized enterprises innovation n etwork main body status,characteristics,evolution and innovation network form ation and evolution of spatial structure and influence factors such as scientific problems,The conclusions are as follows:The first,applied for a patent on small and mid-sized enterprise of Shanghai cooperation situation according to the comparative analysis of industry for different stage of development,found that initial enterprise patent cooperation degree is relatively balanced,services for the main body of joint patent;In terms of patent cooperation,the enterprises in the development stage have obvious differentiation,and the manufacturing industry has become the subject of the pat ent application for the cooperation of Shanghai urban science and technology innovative smes.The second,the spatial agglomeration characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai are basically consistent with the characteristics of spatial patent cooperation.The concrete manifestation is the enterprise agglomeration degree the higher the patent cooperation intensity.Technology-based smes enterprises gathered in the area outside the circle,the leading enterprises in the present large gathering small dot concentration distribution characteristics of scattered,development show the distribution features of the massive group type enterprise.The third,scientific research institutes and universities have been located at the core of the cooperation and innovation network of Shanghai science and technology smes.The status of state-owned enterprises is continuously rising and increasing,and has become an important source of innovation.The fourth,the network structure of enterprise innovation cooperation tends to be loose and presents a loose and chain structure,which is at the beginning of the development of cooperative innovation network.The innovation cooperation network of the developing enterprises presents the "core-edge" structure,and the innovation network development is in the mature stage.The fifth,at the national scale,the innovation subject's clustering and superposition trend in space is very obvious.Companies tend to link to core cities in the innovation hierarchy,such as Beijing,Shanghai and some important provincial capitals.In addition,the main innovative energy level is the main influencing factor of the network behavior of small and medium enterprises in Shanghai,Its importance is increasingly apparent when the time is longer,And the geog raphical distance does not play a role in this,the network structure presents the grade radiation characteristics of the jump type.The Sixth,at the local scale,the importance of geographical proximity runs through the whole network development stage,The distance between the partn ers is relatively sharp.The evolution of network structure shows the pattern of spreading and spreading.In the choice of urban internal cooperation objects,yangpu,xuhui,pudong and jinshan district have the highest cooperation level.Outer triangle(baoshan,jiading,pudong,jinshan)by inner triangle(taopu,shibei,yangpu,caohejing,pudong)technology agglomeration effects,appear relatively obvious inward contraction gathered phenomenon.The Seventh,There is no obvious relationship between the number of research institutions owned by the city and the innovation ability of enterprises,But government research and development support more cities are conducive to enterprise development.and enterprises may benefit from it.The research institute is active in the city area scale,the university has national tendency,the private enterprise tends to cooperate with the main body of this city,and the state-owned enterprises are inclined to the national scale.
