Headhunting service originated in the United States.The first Local headhunting company established in the 1990s in Beijing,followed by Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and other big cities.A new field of services is coming with the constant rise of headhunting industry.After 30 years,human resource service industry has developed from the initial talent dispatch to the whole HR solutions,including labor dispatch?training?personnel evaluation?information inquiry services?talent headhunting and HR management consulting,has formed a complete HR service industry chain.Headhunting service became as an important part of the modern service industry,played its important role in the allocation of human resources.However,how to set up "brand,consultant,technology and product",the "4 in 1”headhunting service marketing model,and how to realize the sustainable development of enterprises are the practical problems faced by so many headhunting companies.This paper will take the local company YT as object,use the basis of service marketing theory and combine with my actual experience to research.The information collected through interviews,questionnaire and other survey methods.Through analysis the status of service marketing in YT and research the application of 7Ps service marketing strategy in YT,the main problems are found out which include new customer signing rate,internal incentive mechanism and recruitment project success rate.The problems are caused by advantage's cultivation,consultant's motivation and recruitment's efficiency.Then give the corresponding solutions from the "brand,consultant,technology,product" four dimensions to help YT set up a professional brand image,strengthen the stability of the consultant team,enhance the professionalism of consultants,and improve the controling of the candidates.In the fierce market competition,the 4 in 1 service marketing model of "brand,technology,product and consultant" can improve YT's service marketing ability and advance YT's integrated development.Establish the suitable service marketing model not only determines whether YT can take up the competitive advantage in the industry and effectively reach the profit goal,but also plays a practical reference to improve the maturity of the whole private headhunting enterprises.
