In recent years,research on internal control has shown that the internal control environment is the key to directly affecting the effectiveness of internal control,playing a crucial role in it.However,from the current situation of Chinese enterprises,internal control has always been a fragile link.Therefore,this article hopes to take Jijiu Co.,Ltd.as an example,based on the current internal control environment of Jijiu Co.,Ltd.in the four elements of organizational structure,development strategy,human resources,and corporate culture,identify the main problems and causes of the company’s four elements,and propose corresponding optimization strategies based on the causes of the main problems,to help the enterprise improve its internal control environment and make the enterprise’s foundation evergreen.The current dilemma faced by Jijiu Co.,Ltd.is not only to assume the responsibility of green energy,but also to shoulder the obligation of food security.In addition,the difficulty of transforming the identity of a provincial state-owned enterprise into a member of a central enterprise requires the enterprise to make new breakthroughs in development strategy,culture,organizational structure,and other aspects.Optimizing the internal control environment is an important challenge that Jijiu Co.,Ltd.is currently facing.This article will explore the internal control environment of Jijiu Co.,Ltd.in depth based on the latest achievements in internal control,using literature research and case analysis methods,in order to achieve better management results.After in-depth analysis of the internal control environment of Jijiu Co.,Ltd.,it was found that the main problems were: the lack of effective horizontal communication in the linear functional system,the lack of reliable basis for development strategy,long-term solidification of salaries and positions,and the lack of specialized institutions responsible for corporate culture management.Based on the current situation of the internal control environment of Jijiu Co.,Ltd.,after studying relevant articles and theories,we have proposed a series of optimization strategies: in improving the company’s organizational structure,firstly,the linear functional organizational structure should be transformed into a matrix organizational structure to strengthen horizontal and vertical connections between management departments;Secondly,the five levels of management should be streamlined into three levels,and work should be carried out in a manner where the deputy general manager directly leads department employees;Thirdly,an information communication and feedback mechanism should be established to promote employees’ work enthusiasm and innovation.Implement transparent internal control mechanisms to ensure information security;In terms of improving enterprise development strategies,firstly,enterprises should obtain information from multiple channels and perspectives when formulating development strategies,and formulate development strategies that are in line with their own situation;Secondly,it is necessary to track strategic goals,monitor their achievement in real-time,and make dynamic strategic adjustments in a timely manner;Thirdly,it is necessary to involve employees in the process of strategic formulation and deepen their understanding and identification with the strategy through activities,so that employees have a greater sense of mission towards achieving the strategy;In terms of deepening the reform of the human resource management system,firstly,regular job rotation should be implemented to improve employees’ work enthusiasm,enrich their knowledge level,and enhance the company’s risk resistance ability;Secondly,a fair and reasonable salary system and competitive recruitment system should be established to make employees willing to work for the company and increase its vitality;The third is to improve the human resource training system,form a systematic and stable training mechanism,and ensure that employees’ work abilities continue to improve;In terms of strengthening the construction of corporate culture,firstly,it is necessary to establish a corporate culture that is compatible with the company and vigorously promote positive and upward values;Secondly,it is necessary to improve cultural security and evaluation measures,and formulate feasible cultural construction security systems and behavioral norms in accordance with its own development laws;The third is to strengthen the internal and external promotion of corporate culture,promote the organic integration of the company’s sustainable strategy and culture,and increase the vitality of the enterprise.
