The Research On Investment And Loan Combination Model Of Commercial Bank

Many of the creative and tech companies need to be funded beyond debts.The matching between the supply and demand of funds brings the great development period for the investment and loan combination of domestic commercial Banks.The commercial bank operators are turning to seek to enhance their investment ability outside the traditional credit business,and give play to the investment and financing field that maximizes the profits generated by the core capital.Active involvement in investment is the current transformation direction of commercial Banks.The research on the linkage of investment and loan has great significance.This paper starts from the existing research of investment and loan combination in domestic and foreign countries,and analyzes and summarizes the concept of investment and loan combination,the analysis of foreign mode,and the summary and risk point of domestic mode.Then this paper points out the related law in China,the development of investment and loan combination in Jiangsu province,the research on the specific model of BOC,some concrete problems in the process of operation.In the study of foreign countries,we mainly analyze SVB and BGF.In the study of Jiangsu province,the paper studied the products of other banks here,investment funds,small equity and large creditor's rights of the Bank of nanjing.In the study of BOC Jiangsu Branch,we analyzed the operation pattern of the same group,external institutions cooperation mode(including investment and loan parallel mode,the industrial fund mode,the options model),meanwhile,do the comparative analysis on the disadvantages of these models.Based on Technology Enterprise(nantong)Development Fund operation,the industry fund mode is studied.In the end,the paper studies some problems of the objects involved in selection,risk isolation,income distribution,project exit mechanism,guarantee mechanism operation?Finally,the following conclusion is given in the research:first,the Jiangsu branch can realize pure group internal operation model,external cooperation model;Second,the industry fund model will become the mainstream model;Third,the Jiangsu branch needs to develop a number of supporting mechanisms,such as object selection mechanism,credit plan and investment plan,project withdrawal mechanism,risk compensation mechanism,income management mechanism,risk isolation mechanism.The Investment and loan combination is now a blue sea for commercial Banks.The conclusion of this paper is helpful for BOC Jiangsu Branch to promote it's competitiveness.
