Challenges had always existed for small and micro enterprises,which played a significant role in national economics,in terms of process difficulty and funding cost.Moreover,there are still a number of bottlenecks as high cost of marketing and high risk in credit approval in traditional banking services for small and micro enterprises.But the opportunity is at the corner.The arrival of big data era brings tangible benefits for difficulties of granting credit to small and micro enterprises.and provides small and medium banks,who are the main forces of capital providers to small and micro enterprises,with new driving forces to innovation in credit services for small and micro enterprises.Consequently,there are definite sense in both theory and practice to probe into effective measures to mitigate financing difficulty of small and micro enterprises for small and medium banks by use of big data technology and innovate financing solutions to small and micro enterprises.On the basis of relevant documents such as big data and small and micro credit,this thesis mainly discusses the operation modes of big data in the business innovation and management innovation of small and micro credit for small and medium bank.This thesis comes to the following conclusions according to several representative cases of using big data to develop small and micro credit.Firstly,by use of big data,small and medium banks could collect and analysis countless and unstructured data instantly to achieve the standardization and structuralization of data,which could be an important instrument for the business innovation and management innovation of small and micro credit.Secondly,by use of big data,small and medium banks could easily abtain small and micro enterprises' credit demand,which helped proving different and characteristic credit products to small and micro enterprises.Through digitized exact-marketing,small and medium banks could simultaneously improve the customer service experience and promote omnibearing and multi-layered financial services for small and micro enterprises.Thirdly,the application of big data technology could improve small and medium banks' management capacity for small and micro credit.The management of small and micro credit for small and medium banks may achieve modularization,standardization,mass production,scenarization,and online operation,which helps promoting the business quality and efficiency of small and medium banks' small and micro credit at the same time.Finally,this thesis ends with several recommendations for small and medium banks to serve small and micro enterprises,including more attention to the top-level design of big data strategy,the establishment of operation mechanism and management standardization of big data,the enhancement of data access,strengthening effective integration of different kinds of data and accelerating the team building of big data talents.
