Along with our country real estate industry to strengthen macro-control efforts,the real estate industry entered the adjustment,the external environment is so serious,increasingly competitive today,how to promote the competitiveness of the enterprise adaptability,and development,gradually become the most important and urgent problem.Internal control,as the most important part of enterprise internal management,involves all aspects of enterprise operation and development,and plays an important role in the management efficiency and financial efficiency of the enterprise.Only under the premise of the enterprise's internal control,can the development ability and core competitiveness of the enterprise be constantly improved,and the future healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise can be ensured.The article mainly studies the strategy of the enterprise from the perspective of risk management.Through the study of experts and scholars refer to with draw lessons from,with XH group as an example,combined with the problems in the process of development,from the perspective of strategy analysis of enterprise internal control problems and its reason,through to the enterprise in the process of real estate project development stages were analyzed,and the horizontal comparison and select the industry enterprises,find out their deficiency,combined with the five elements of internal control at the same time,puts forward problems on various aspects of enterprise,finally to the enterprise internal control shortcomings aspects corresponding proposals and optimization measures are put forward.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Taking the enterprise project development process as an entry point,the current problems of real estate enterprises are analyzed in turn from six nodes:acquisition of land,planning and design,construction and opening,construction,completion and arrival,At the same time,starting from the five elements of internal control,the status quo of internal control of the enterprise is analyzed,the problems existing in the enterprise are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization measures are put forward.2.Combining the five elements of internal control with the various processes and risks in the project development and operation of the enterprise,a comprehensive analysis of the actual problems of the internal control and the feasibility of the proposal were made in a targeted manner.The internal control of XH Group was optimized and optimized Practical guidance.
