With the rapid development of Western China's economy,the air conditioning industry is facing great opportunities and competitive pressures.By studying the problems that affect the production efficiency and cost of the existing production line,it is the top priority to improve the balance rate of the production line from the IE angle,fully excavate and give full play to the potential of the production line,and improve the output of air conditioning with limited investment budget.The main research work is as follows: firstly,we observe the existing working procedure setting and operation action of the C factory air conditioning production line,and make a study and Analysis on the existing unbalance problem.Secondly,it puts forward a plan for how to raise the production efficiency of the production line by using the action analysis and the operation time analysis method of the production line balance technology.Finally,the balance rate of the improved production line was calculated.After the above analysis and improvement process,the following conclusions are drawn: after the increase of the balance rate of the production line,the efficiency and output of the air conditioning production line have been promoted directly,quickly and effectively,and the competitiveness of the products and the profitability of the company are improved.Through the research of this topic,we built a set of air-conditioning production line to improve the balance rate quickly,which can be applied to most enterprises in the industry.
