Then research analyzes the x company after compression car production line, production line balancing problem, pointed out that the company belongs to the second line balancing problem, at the same time, also the main factors that influence the production line balancing problem of x company. Because of company x after compression production line process up to 107, it is difficult to effectively optimize x addition to the traditional industrial company after compression car production line, in order to solve this problem, proposed USES double populations genetic algorithm to solve the problem of line balancing, mainly by means of genetic algorithm, effectively solve the production line cannot be further optimized, finally realizes the optimization goal. Effectively with the help of matlab programming tool in this paper, by means of programming the double-population genetic algorithm simulation, and then with the help of classical production balance issue verification algorithm, by using the algorithm to complete the optimization of x company production line simulation work. Data before and after using the statistical analysis method to optimize the x company production line chart analysis comparison, the results of this study verifies the practice. Results show that using this method can optimize the x company production line simulation work, can effectively solve the production line balance and load imbalance problems.
