Total budget management is an important organizational planning tool,the purpose of implementing a comprehensive budget management is to maximize corporate profits.Total budget management is not simply financial or a functional department management,but a comprehensive and integrated management,a fully binding control mechanism.It plays an important role in effectively integrating and allocating resources.Business process reorganization(BPR)is a way that by optimizing the optimization of resources,to meet the supply chain management and business development needs of the maximum.The purpose is to achieve significant improvements in terms of cost and quality and so on,enables enterprises to adapt to the maximum to customers,competition,changes in the characteristics of the modern business environment.Although business process reorganization and overall budget management focus on different points,them serve for the ultimate goal of maximizing profit.The current economic development is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,textile industry is one of the traditional manufacturing industries in our country,the textile industry in developed countries in foreign countries gradually escalated into a capital-intensive industry,our country's textile industry is still labor-intensive.In recent years,the textile industry is facing some external survival issues,such as the slowdown in production growth,export pressure greater,and raw materials and labor costs continue to rise and so on.At the same time,internal production process cumbersome,inefficient,high cost costs and other issues also emerged.It is urgent to seek solutions to the problem.Therefore,SQ company as a case,this article attempts to combine full budget management with business process reengineering.After restructuring the company's key business processes,it attempt to improve and optimize its budget management,Seek effective management of the company,optimize the allocation of resources,reduce the operating costs of enterprises,prevent operational risks,improve operational efficiency,and ultimately achieve the profit maximization of business objectives.This article is divided into six parts.The first part mainly states the research background and significance of the article,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,research innovation and features.The second part firstly introduces the concept of total budget management and the concept of business process reorganization,then elaborates the related theory and finally summarizes the theory of total budget management based on business process reorganization.The third part mainly analyzes and describes the status quo and existing problems of SQ's overall budget management and points out the necessity of company's overall budget management based on business process reorganization.The fourth part reorganizes the company's key business processes first and then optimizes the company's budget from the perspective of business process reengineering.The fifth part mainly elaborates the implementation and guarantee measures of SQ's overall budget management from the technical and ideological level.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the study.This part summarizes the research results of this article,points out the shortcomings,and puts forward the idea.This article mainly uses case analysis,data analysis,literature research and other research methods,First,in-depth analysis of the concept of business process restructuring and total budget management.Then based on the information of SQ Company,the company analyzes the status quo of the company's overall budget management,optimizes the budget management based on the business process reengineering theory from the perspective of the key business processes.The innovation point of this paper is that domestic scholars tend to simply study the business process reengineering or overall budget management for textile enterprises,this article attempts to improve its budget management based on the reorganization of key business processes.By combining business process reengineering with comprehensive budget management,in order to reduce costs,improve operational efficiency,and achieve business goals.
