With the deepening of economic globalization,the competition of all walks of life is also increasing.Enterprises to improve their market share and keep competitive advantage,often can choose to sell on credit way as a means of marketing,thus credit sales transaction in the day-to-day operations of the enterprise.But due to the immaturity of our country's credit mechanism,the lack of government support and guidance at the same time,so the issues raised and sell this kind of way to trade credit,customer overdue payments,and bad debts.As a result,the level of the enterprise accounts receivable credit management and enterprise's competitive advantage and corporate profitability is closely related to the realization of the final goal of business enterprise development also is closely related to the accounts receivable credit management level.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the research on the credit management of accounts receivable.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant theories of credit management at home and abroad,clarifies the relevant concepts and models of credit management,and analyzes the relationship between credit management and accounts receivable management.Then,based on the analysis of credit management theory,the case study of KL company is introduced.KL is a beverage company in the fast moving consumer goods industry.In order to increase the market share and maintain the competitive advantage,the company has adopted the trading method of credit sales.However,while relying on credit sales to expand the market,it also exposes the problems of enterprise's current account receivable credit management.Based on the quality of the company's accounts receivable analysis and the status of the management of accounts receivable credit,with reference to the entire credit management mode,found that the quality of accounts receivable management,credit management system is not standard,credit management organization and function set is not reasonable,a series of problems such as imperfect credit management process.In order to achieve the goal of the company business development,improve the company's core competitiveness,at the same time as much as possible to reduce the loss caused by accounts receivable credit management is not perfect,in this paper,the company existing accounts receivable credit management model is put forward to the entire credit management mode for reference to the optimization of the scheme,including perfecting the enterprise credit management organization and function,perfect thecredit management process and improve the credit management system,analyzed including advance management of customer credit investigation and credit system,case management and dynamic monitor system,management system of collection payment and provision for bad debts.Finally,the paper puts forward the expected effect analysis and safeguard measures of KL corporation's account receivable credit management optimization scheme.
