Research On Contract Management Of China Petroleum YS Company Based On Credit Evaluation

Contract management is a key link in the economic management of an enterprise,and it is one of the important ways for an enterprise to manage and safeguard its legal rights and interests according to law.The quality of enterprise contract management is directly related to the economic benefits of the enterprise,and it is also one of the criteria for measuring the competitiveness of the enterprise market.In view of the extensive and minimalist model of contract management of China Petroleum Corporation YS in previous years,it does not pay attention to the credit evaluation of the relative parties to the contract,causing the relative parties to not perform in accordance with the terms of the contract,or even arbitrarily change the terms of the contract,and the qualifications of the relative parties to the contract are not strictly reviewed.Without mastering its credit and performance capabilities,it signed a large-value purchase and sale contract with it,which caused the other party to fail to perform payment procedures in a timely manner,resulting in legal disputes.The property of China Petroleum YS suffered serious losses and damaged the good corporate image of China Petroleum.Based on the theoretical research of contract management,credit evaluation,Index system selection and the establishment of judgment matrix model,this paper makes full use of credit evaluation theory of China Petroleum YS in contract management by using AHP.Scientific and reasonable establishment of credit evaluation index and weight,and analysis and evaluation of it,research how to strengthen the contract management work in the future,by strengthening the credit evaluation of the other party to the contract,to build a contract management system that meets the production and operation requirements of China Petroleum YS company.This paper tries to analyze the current situation and problems of contract management of China Petroleum YS Company by means of credit evaluation theory.By designing the credit evaluation index system suitable for China Petroleum YS Company,the paper evaluates the contract management of China Petroleum YS Company to provide the basic guarantee for the legal compliance and orderly and healthy development of China Petroleum YS Company in the future.
