With the development of China's capital market, the function of resource allocation is more and more obvious, and the competition for control of listed companies is coming to the front.Such measures as reduction, withdrawal, purchase and issuance of shares are likely to cause changes in the structure of shareholders, thereby affecting the governance of listed companies.Improper handling will not only damage the operation of listed companies, but also infringe on the interests of minority shareholders.Whether the company's governance structure, strategic direction or operating performance, control rights are a factor that can not be ignored. Therefore, combing the relationship between control rights and performance,we can put forward effective improvement measures to promote the growth of listed companies and improve their control market.Taking Vanke's contention for control as an example, this paper analyzes the impact of corporate control over competition on its performance.Firstly, the concepts and related theories of control rights are introduced and analyzed.Secondly,it compares the changes of corporate structure before and after the control struggle and analyzes the direct impact of control transfer on the company. Then it analyzes the impact on Vanke market performance and business performance. Finally,it summarizes the results of the case analysis, and obtains some enlightenment from it,hoping that the capital market of our country can gradually improve and promote the further development of Chinese control right market.
