Study On Local Urbanization Of Farmers In Yongjia

At the beginning of 1990 s,after some domestic experts proposed to develop the concept of urbanization at the same time,The definition of urbanization has slowly become a key benchmark for the establishment of a well-to-do economy in China.However,the definition of urbanization is specifically a non-static process in which rural personnel become urban personnel.Changes in the employment structure,changes in arable land and regional and local areas,and so on.Urbanization is a key decision and a necessary mission in the process of domestic evolution and formation,and it is also a driving force for domestic demand.A key strategy to promote the development of the market.At present,the development of urbanization in China is in the first place.At this stage,China has made remarkable achievements,but it also faces the problems and contradictions in the process of urbanization.Taking the scientific development view as the guiding ideology,based on the train of thought of theoretical construction to practical case study,this paper studies and analyzes the macro background and basic national conditions of the present stage of urbanization in China in many aspects.It is believed that local urbanization will be an inevitable stage in the process of urbanization in China at the present stage,and it is also a stage of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.On this basis,taking Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,through literature collection,By means of questionnaire,interview,field investigation and so on,this paper analyzes the speed of local urbanization of local farmers in Yongjia County,the characteristics of local population transfer scale,and reviews Yongjia since the reform and opening up.The historical process of farmers’ local urbanization,thus further analyzing the difficulties and obstacles faced by Yongjia County in the face of this kind of local urbanization,thinking that the problems of education,high house prices,imperfect household registration system,Unequal public services in cities and towns are all obstacles to the failure of farmers in Yongjia to fully realize local urbanization.Therefore,some targeted opinions on the local urbanization of Yongjia farmers are put forward.And the non-agricultural occupation of the farmers in Yongjia is the basis of local urbanization.Therefore,the local government needs to actively strengthen the industrial base,promote industrial specialization,and centralize the industry.Coordinated Development of the first,second and third Industries is the basis for the Development of Local Industries The housing problem of farmers is the key to realize the local urbanization of farmers,and the reform of urban housing system is the fundamental way to solve the difficulties for farmers to enter the city.
