Research On Business Transformation Of Pharmaceutical Companies Based On Real World Feedback

From global perspective,the increasing pressure for health system is becoming key challenge.Healthcare department cannot afford such burden as of the significant ageing trend has showed in society,and the entire health market has already spending nearly $1 trillion each of year.At such a high cost,the industry is seeking new ways to change the current operating model,the pricing issue for drugs has been frequently raised,and traditional pricing is based on the number of tablets or packaging specifications.In the future,under the new drug price contract,prices may be based on the extent to which the drug improves the patient's illness.In the United States,there are rising people complain for action on drug prices.After the financial crisis was discovered in Europe,the overall economy was slow and the budget for health care in many countries was being reduced every year.In China and the surrounding Asian markets,health care reforms have helped toughen attitudes towards pharmaceutical companies.In this situation,the innovative model of pricing drugs according to real world drug effects has become widely accepted.In this paper,taking N Company as the research object,N Company as the pharmaceutical company currently ranks second in the global pharmaceutical industry as the middle-aged sales,the study of N Company using real-world feedback to achieve research and development and market model innovation,the pharmaceutical industry as a whole pharmaceutical companies need to make changes in the future.Based on the analysis of the real world evidence theory,the PEST tool for the external environment of N company is analyzed.From the inside,N company is facing the problem of prescription drug patent expiration and overall revenue decline year by year.Through listing the application of real world evidence in industry,SWOT analysis method is used to judge the advantages and disadvantages of N company,and then explore the opportunities and challenges in the transformation of N company business model.On the basis of this,some suggestions and opinions are put forward to transform business model based on real world evidenceIn this paper,a large number of cases are used to illustrate the great changes in R&D and market business after N company adopted this new business model.
