In order to further promote the development of poverty alleviation in our country,help the poor people to get rid of the plight of living poverty as soon as possible,and realize the good vision of eradicating absolute poverty and reducing relative poverty.In the past,China's poverty alleviation and development work,although the scale of poverty alleviation has been remarkable results,but in the poverty alleviation of the accuracy of the problem still exist,targeted poverty alleviation has emerged.It is different from the previous extensive poverty alleviation,it is through a series of scientific identification methods for the accurate identification of the poor,after the adoption of scientific measures to help poor people effectively,so that the poor really poverty alleviation of a poverty-reducing method.This paper takes Liaoning province Fushun Xinbin County as the research object,by using the method of literature,case analysis and interview,this paper sums up the progress of targeted poverty alleviation at the present stage,the problems encountered in reality,the main causes of these problems and how to optimize and improve the implementation of Xinbin County targeted poverty alleviation in some degree.Through the analysis of the existing problems in the implementation of Xinbin County,at present,although the implementation of Xinbin County targeted poverty alleviation has achieved some achievements,there are some problems,such as the relative singleness of poverty alleviation,the high cost of dynamic management of poor households,and the strong dependency of poorer households,aiming at these problems,this paper from the angle of precision recognition,aid and management,and analyzed its intrinsic reason seriously.On the basis of drawing on the successful practical experience of Yongzhou and so on,this paper explores the enlightenment of these experiences to Xinbin County poverty alleviation,and proposes to improve and solve the existing problems by establishing a wealth of indicators of poverty identification,using the government fallback to reduce poverty and improving the quality of poor workers.On the whole,the discussion and analysis on the implementation of Xinbin County targeted poverty alleviation is of great significance to better carry out the work of targeted poverty alleviation.
