Along with the speeding up of the pace of urbanization in China,presents the industry cluster evolution and space utilization,profoundly affects the urban economic and social development,the development of the characteristics of small town is a microcosm of the country into a town.China town in rice paper is based on the development background,based around the core industry of the development of cultural tourism,but there is no specific brand construction plan of action and strategy of fuzzy problems,problems such as lack of professional brand construction personnel.In this paper,based on the thinking of brand positioning and integrated marketing communication planning model of thinking,analyzes the macro town of brand building,the rural tourism industry of medium measure and jingxian county tourism market,micro paper brand construction and competitor analysis,and it is concluded that the target market positioning and brand strategy.Annual communication action plan set of four major parts,covers the travel season,the brand connotation and branding of 3 phase,close to teenagers as representative's inquiry learning to swim and parent-child travel market,as well as for the mass making the spread of the target market.In addition,relevant monitoring paths are designed to realize dynamic monitoring of the effect of communication activities and brand communication effect,so as to facilitate subsequent optimization and adjustment.
