The development of regional integration is a recognized trend in the world today.The economic and social development of any region or country can not be separated from other regions.With the deepening of the deepening reform and the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system,economic activities have transcended the concept of administrative divisions.In addition,we should also see that regional integration has become an important model of modern regional development,and has attracted much attention.Fuyang evacuated the city district "is the adjustment of administrative divisions,is the essence of the development of regional integration,this paper explores the Fuyang accelerate urban and rural development,promote the integration of urban and rural areas,is in the economic development under the new normal and accelerate the transformation and upgrading,reinforce the industrial base,in response to public concern to reality.In this paper,an empirical study using quantitative research methods,analysis of the changes of districts before and after GDP,planning,health care,education,pension insurance,provident fund and other aspects of the Hangzhou withdrawal of Fuyang city research,summing up successful experience evacuated the city district,and find out the existing problems and constraints of the "short board",and then combined with the actual situation in Fuyang and put forward some suggestions in the aspects of industrial development,city construction,livelihood security and other development of the adjustment and optimization of regional integration.The ultimate goal of the study is to build a new pattern of integrated development of regional integration,scientific and rational distribution of regional factors,free flow of industries,coordinated development of industries and balanced sharing of public services.Based on the model of the integration of Hangzhou and Fuyang,this paper analyzes the main problems in the process of regional integration and the absence of the system.The paper systematically discusses the problems of government functions,system defects and irrational industrial structure in the development of regional integration.And try to find out from the transformation of government functions,find the realization of government functions into a socialist market economy.Through efforts to improve the scientific and rational performance evaluation system,we should change the view of political achievements of government and officials at all levels.Through the improvement of the rule of law and property rights system,the whole society will go farther and farther on the road of fair and just market.Through the reform of public goods suppliers,diversified channels of investment and financing,in order to provide better social and public products of the path,thereby promoting economic and social development.
