With the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the growth of the national economy,the bank's personal loan business has become a new direction for banks to create profit growth.China's rural banks have made important contributions in improving the rural financial environment and building a diversified rural financial service system.The Huaihai village bank in Suzhou,Anhui,actively responds to the policy call,and vigorously develops the personal loan business,which provides great convenience for the development of the local "three rural" and small and medium-sized enterprises in Suzhou.However,there is still a lot of trouble in the current personal loan business marketing work of HH village and town bank.It is urgent to explore new marketing strategies to promote its further healthy development.On the basis of customer value theory and marketing theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the marketing status and existing problems of HH village bank's personal loan business,and defines the marketing concept of HH village bank personal loan business based on customer value,the specific step of making customer value strategy,and finally on the basis of customer value.Personal loan marketing strategy with enterprise characteristics.This research is of great significance to research the marketing strategy of HH village bank's personal loan business from a new perspective.Based on the theory of customer value,this paper launches a research on the marketing strategy of HH village bank's personal loan business.Based on the theory of customer perceived value,the marketing status of HH bank's personal loan business is analyzed.Then in the third part,we analyze the customer perceived value of HH bank's personal loan business,analyze the current status and existing problems of customer perceived value of HH bank,and then based on the customer perceived value,it puts forward the marketing strategy plan of HH bank's personal loan business,which is the subdivision of customer and the brand of customer value.Positioning and adjustment of competitive strategy based on customer value advantage.According to the customer perceived value theory,the HH bank personal loan marketing strategy based on customer perceived value is proposed,including improving the marketing strategy of self value,reducing the strategy of customer marketing cost,creating a three-dimensional marketing channel centered on the customer,excavating external factors,optimizing the value of customer consumption process and optimizing the customer's consumption process.Customer consumption value,mining customer value and promoting circular consumption,hoping to help HH bank's personal loan business marketing.Finally,the research of the full text is summarized and summed up.The shortcomings and expectations for future research are discussed.
