With the development and perfection of market economy,commercial banks,as well as many other banks,are enduring the impact from home-and-abroad market,policy orientation and economy situation.Meanwhile people's consumption level has been increasing and personal loan funds is in great need.Personal loan is becoming one of the important businesses to seize the market within the trade.The violent competition urges commercial banks to study and exploit the marketing strategies in order to increase the bank profit.This paper takes Bank of M as a research object to discuss and analyze its present personal loan situation,marketing strategies and existing problems.It also puts forward effective suggestions and safeguard measures to personal loan marketing strategies according to the internal and external environment.The suggestions and measures are expected to assure the development of Bank of M.
