Research On Financial Risk Management Of Agricultural Supply Chain

In China's rural financial system,because of the low return of agriculture for a long time,many commercial financial institutions,especially commercial banks,have selectively avoided this field.however,with the continuous development of agriculture,China's commercial banks have explored and developed many products on the basis of foreign practical experience,and agricultural supply chain finance has become a new mode of rural financial financing.Agricultural supply chain finance has improved the efficiency of the use of funds in the field of agriculture,and has important practical significance for the development of agriculture in China.Agricultural supply chain finance is the catalyst to promote the process of agricultural industrialization.it is also the key to standardize the financial business of agricultural supply chain to dig deeply into the risk source of agricultural supply chain finance business and strengthen the control of its financial risk.However,due to the inherent fragility of China's agriculture,farmers generally lack of bank credit,but in view of the natural weakness of farmers groups,China's farmers generally lack of bank credit problem,which seriously restricts the agricultural supply chain competitive advantage.Therefore,optimizing the existing risk management mechanism of agricultural supply chain finance,reducing financial risk,especially credit risk,can optimize the financing mechanism of agricultural supply chain and give full play to the competitive advantage of supply chain.However,the theoretical research of agricultural supply chain finance in China mainly focuses on the specific application of agricultural supply chain finance.Therefore,based on the existing research,according to the actual situation in China,this paper will analyze and explore the financial risk management of agricultural supply chain.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research situation of agricultural supply chain finance at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes and expounds the prominent risk problems in the three nodes of production,processing and distribution in agricultural supply chain finance,and mainly probes into the risk trigger points in each link and the solutions in the actual cases;Then,through the establishment of a reasonable index system and credit risk factors of agricultural supply chain finance credit risk empirical analysis,further proved that the core enterprise credit status,asset size,profitability andother indicators are the key factors to control credit risk;Finally,according to the conclusions of the previous study,in view of the risk of agricultural supply chain finance,put forward the corresponding suggestions to optimize and make a certain outlook.
