Huinong Card was first issued by Agricultural Bank of China.At the beginning of its establishment was to support the development of agriculture.In recent years,the State Council has closely linked the “three rural issues” and the entire rural financial reform with the reform of the ABC’s shareholding system,requiring the Agricultural Bank of China to continue to adhere to the market orientation of “three rural issues” and perform its duties of supporting rural economic development and serving “three rural issues”.Therefore,as a state-owned commercial bank that has completed joint-stock reforms,China Agricultural Bank’s share holding company,while adhering to the business philosophy of “market-oriented,customer-centric,and revenue-oriented”,will continue to “facilitate rural areas,” Serving Urban and Rural Areas as its corporate mission.Through the research and analysis of the use of Huinong Card in Pingdingshan City,we can find out the problems existing in the use of Ping Ning Shan Hui Nong Card and find corresponding solutions.This article takes the farmers in six districts of Pingdingshan City as the research object,uses the methods of literature data,comparative analysis and other methods on the basis of full investigation and detailed data,and analyzes the basic situation of the survey subjects in detail by collating the questionnaires.Investors’ credit demand and the respondents’ use of Huinong Card.In the process of researching and using the farmer Huinongka,it was found that the government’s influence was not fully exerted,the bank’s investment in the Huinong Card business was insufficient,and the farmers did not dig deeper into the functions of the Huinong Card.In order to solve these problems comprehensively and systematically,it is proposed that the government should be embroidered,and that the government,banks,and rural households should proceed in three areas.The government should increase support.The bank should pay attention to the development of Huinong Card Business.Farmers should raise financial awareness and make full use of Huinong Card.Cards and other measures to benefit farmers.Through discovering problems,finding out the causes,and proposing logical research ideas for countermeasures and proposals,it has effectively improved the effective utilization rate of Huinong Card in Pingdingshan City.It has certain positive theoretical and practical significance for reference and reference in other regions.There are two innovations in this article: First,conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on the use of Huinong Cards in Pingdingshan City;second,carefully and meticulously investigate and interview with on-site questionnaires to find solutions to the problems existing in the use of Huinong Cards.
