At the beginning of 2018,the General Office of the Henan Provincial Government issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting Logistics Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement to Promote the Development of the Real Economy",pointing out that the province’s logistics industry has long-standing problems such as high costs and low efficiency,and accelerating the development of the logistics industry is advancing.The focus of supply-side reform.In recent years,people are increasingly demanding fresh food,and the development of cold-chain logistics is also booming.However,the high cost and inefficiency in development are persistent.As a third-party cold chain logistics company specializing in cold chain logistics,HXYT Cold Chain Logistics Co.,Ltd.has common problems in cost control and efficiency operation.Based on the study of the cost control and operational efficiency of HXYT cold chain logistics,this paper can find out the problems of high cost and low efficiency existing in HXYT company,and put forward the operation improvement plan and implementation measures of HXYT cold chain logistics company in cost reduction and efficiency increase.This article takes HXYT Cold Chain Logistics Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on full field research,applying the related theories of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,and using the literature data and empirical analysis methods,the direct and hidden costs in the operation of HXYT Corporation,the main problems in the cost input,as well as the overall economic efficiency,inventory economic efficiency,transportation efficiency,sorting and distribution efficiency,etc.were analyzed in detail.Identify key issues in the problem and propose “zero inventory”,“economic order batching”,“cross-docking” to improve distribution efficiency,optimize routes to improve transportation efficiency,and introduce “ smart logistics ” to improve operational efficiency,introduce "lean logistics" to reduce circulation losses,develop multimodal transport,improve logistics efficiency,and other improvements to reduce the cost of cold chain logistics,In order to better implement the operation plan,it also proposed establishing a corporate R&D center,talent introduction and employee training,introducing advanced cold chain logistics facilities and equipment,and a sound and complete information platform to use virtual logistics to integrate social resources.Through the analysis of cost andefficiency,the logical research ideas for countermeasures are proposed,which theoretically improves the efficiency of HXYT company’s cost reduction and efficiency increase,and provides reference and reference for the development of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement for other logistics companies.
