The domestic commercial banks start late and the operating management level is limited.When the economy develops gradually into the upturn,the financing needs and market competition grow significantly,lead the commercial banks ignore the credit risk and overlend.In recent years,as the economic cyclically changes,the economy develops gradually into the downturn.The risk accumulated in the upturn ecpose gradually.And the circle loan performances more lucida,gradually become an important factor threatending local financial stability and ecnomic recovery and development.It is urgent to explore the prevention and solution of commercial bank to guarantee circle risk.As a pathological guarantee behavior,the formation of guarantee circle is mainly attributed to six factors,include the law,mechanism and theme,and divided into three types include the serial mutual insurance,cross mutual insurance and the group guarantee.And presented four characteristics,like the redional and industry concentration,the guarantee relationship is concealment and complexity,easy occur and spread,great harm and long dissolving period.When prevention and control,we must follow five principles,include graded treatment,one circle one policy,overall prevention and control,continuously pressure decrease,and subject union.Besides,we need according the four-step working method to do a good job in risk identification,and apply 6C credit measurement method and Credit rating coefficient method to measure and evaluate,and synthesis four solutions to disposal and dissolution.In order to better apply theory to practice,this article also use numerous examples to simulate the risk identification and measure,and carry out empirical analysis use the Jining Branch of A Bank as an example.Besides,the circle detailed analysis and evalued the prevention and resolution againist guarantee circle risk,hope to provide reference for the prevention and control of guarantee circle risk in commercial bank.
