Research And Application On The Model Of Urban Public Facilities Based On Grid Management

Urban public facilities are basic guarantees involving national economy and people’s lives.They are also an important part of assessing the economic development of cities and are a direct reflection of the continuous progress of society.Therefore,the management of urban public facilities is particularly important.With the continuous expansion of urban construction scale and the change of digital urban construction methods,tens of thousands of multi-functional and intelligent public facilities are required to adapt to the development of the city.This poses higher requirements for the management of facilities.Some methods for manually collecting facility data can no longer meet the current status of facility development.Therefore,it is necessary to change the traditional concept of facility management,use the Internet as the technical support,and use the innovative grid management concept as the method to build a corresponding facility management platform so as to be able to manage facilities more intelligently.This will be the inevitable trend of facility management.The dissertation studies the grid management model of facilities from two aspects: data management and emergency coordination.First of all,it analyzes the domestic and foreign status of urban public facilities management,studies the theory and technology of the article,and points out the shortage of current manual facilities data collection and management.Secondly,it analyzes the defects of the existing facilities management model,sorts out the advantages of gridization in urban public facilities management,and explores the feasibility of urban public facilities grid management based on policy,technology,economic and social perspectives,put forward grid management mode of the urban public facilities.Finally,the paper selected the core part of the model,data management and emergency coordination decision-making to conduct research,designed the functions,processes and lifecycle management of the grid facility data,and constructed the function of gridded facility emergency collaborative decision-making.Network frameworks and processes provide data and decision support for facility management.Based on the above research,the paper takes the management of water facilities as an example to verify the application value of grid facility data management and emergency coordination decision.Through electronic label meter reading data management systems,electronic labels are calibrated at each water service facility,and meter reading hand-held devices are used to collect information on water facilities,such as: installation and maintenance time of facilities,person in charge of facilities,installation location of facilities Such information,and in the grid management platform to establish a database of water facilities database,improve the management efficiency of facilities data,and more accurate emergency coordination decision-making.
