Research On Export Competitiveness Of Agricultural Products In Anhui Province

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy.Anhui is an important agricultural province in China.Its agricultural production condition is favorable.The scale of export of agricultural products has increased in recent years.However,there is still a significant gap compared with the first-class province of domestic agricultural exports.Export of agricultural products in Anhui Province mainly relies on primary agricultural products,with relatively low technical content,lack of brand-name products and leading enterprises,and its export scale is relatively low and can not meet the needs of the international market.In addition,with the prosperous non-tariff trade barriers in international trade,especially the enhancement of green trade barriers,it seriously restricts the export of agricultural products in Anhui Province.Therefore,improving the export competitiveness of agricultural products has a significant practical impact on solving the "three rural issues" in Anhui.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper ma-inly studies the export competitiveness of agricultural products in Anhui Provi-nce through literature research,comparative analysis and factor analysis.The fu 11 text is divided into six parts.The first part mainly includes the background and significance of the topic selection,and the research status at home and abr-oad.The second part mainly introduces the basic concepts and related theories.The third part mainly includes the present situation of agricultural products exp-ort in Anhui Province.The fourth part analyzes the measurement index of agric-ultural products export competitiveness,and analyze the export competitiveness of agricultural products by factor analysis,draws the scores and comprehensive rankings of export competitiveness of agricultural products of Anhui Province.Based on that the paper analyzes the disparity in export competitiveness of agr icultural products between the Anhui Province and other provinces.Comb-ining t he analysis results of the fourth partr,the fifth part mainly analyzes th-e reas ons for the lack of competitiveness of agricultural products export of Anhui Pr ovince.According to the reason of the low export competitiveness of agricultura I products,The sixth part proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions fro m the government,industry associations,and enterprises.This paper chooses six indicators on export competitiveness and five indicators on the export of agricultural products,a total of 11 indicators,including the international market share,dominant comparative advantage index,export dependence,agricultural exports,agricultural machinery total power and other indicators.In the selection of samples,22 provinces(municipalities)such as Shandong,Yunnan,Fujian,Tianjin and Beijing were selected.Finally,it draws that the export competitiveness of agricultural products in Anhui Province ranked 14th in 22 samples.Then,the paper analyzes the reasons for the relatively low competitiveness,including the insufficient input of agricultural production factors,the lack of competitive advantage,the insufficient support for the upstream and downstream industries and the aggravating of trade barriers.Based on this,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including strengthening government guidance,providing institution security;creating a national modern industrial park to promote industrial upgrading,encouraging enterprises to invest in research and development and implementing human resources strategy;improving the degree of development of agricultural and sideline products processing industry;cultivating and improving agricultural products circulation system;promoting agricultural technology cooperation and exchange;establishing their own brand;increasing input of production factors of agriculture,increasing the added value of agricultural products;strengthening the introduction and cultivation of developing talents in the international market of agricultural products.
