With the establishment and development of market economy system,the market competition of commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce.The traditional banking retail business is no longer able to meet the actual needs of the survival and development of commercial banks.Accelerating the transformation of retail business has become the main way for banks to increase profit channels and improve market competitiveness.In this context,this paper studies the retail business transformation of commercial banks.This article takes bank A as the research object,firstly elaborates the related theories of retail business of commercial banks,and learns from the development trend,experiences of commercial banks domestically and abroad.Then,combining with the actual work,it analyzes the background of bank A's retail business development and the development status of main retail businesses,and summarizes the main problems existing in the development of bank A's retail business,including the lack of effective promotion of retail business expansion,poor team cooperation efficiency,low customer experience and customer stickiness,lagging construction of talent team,etc.Aiming at these problems existing in the retail business of bank A,this paper puts forward the basic ideas of the retail business of bank A,including customer-centralization,cross-selling,integrating resources,expanding upstream and downstream customers to realize the intra-bank circulation of funds,create a full marketing atmosphere,optimize and improve customer experience,and pay special attention to internal risk control in many ways.Specific transformation strategies include optimizing and improving customer experience,organizational structure and efficiency of personnel by network division,excavating customer resources through multiple channels,and improving customer stickiness by customer value-added experience service,etc.In order to ensure the effective implementation of bank A's retail business transformation measures,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures,including improving the performance appraisal management mechanism,strengthening business risk management,and establishing a sound retail business management mechanism.Hopefully,the research in this paper can effectively solve the problems existing in the retail business management of bank A,and provide some reference for the transformation and development of the retail business of bank A.So that bank A can comprehensively improve its management ability,network capacity and personnel efficiency through transformation,thus improving its market competitiveness.
