Against the background of global warming and carbon dioxide emissions,all countries in the world are striving to promote the use of clean power and promote the development of renewable energy.At the same time,they are constantly looking for alternative low-cost clean energy solutions to promote a green and low-carbon economy.In recent ten years,the power generation of clean power has increased rapidly,including wind power,nuclear power and solar power generation.However,the stability has a great impact on wind power and the duration of light has a great impact on solar power generation.That is to say,clean power has a high requirement on environment and geography and climate,the single wind power and photovoltaic power supply are not stable enough to meet the electricity demand of a certain area or the entire country.However,due to the high requirements on environment and geography and climate for wind power and optoelectronics,and according to the report released by China Electricity Council in 2016 "China Coal and Electricity Clean Development Report",China's coal resources are abundant and dominant,which determines that China's power industry will still dominate with coal-fired power.So,coal-based enterprises need to promote the development of clean energy power generation,and evaluate the investment value of clean power.Therefore,this paper studies the investment value of enterprises investing in a single coal-electricity clean technology or clean power technology under environmental constraints and the investment value of coal-fired power and clean power technology portfolio under the optimization of power supply structure.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of clean power generation in China by analyzing the situation of energy consumption,thermal power,wind power and photovoltaic technology characteristics,energy saving and emission reduction effect in the power industry,the status quo of China's power structure and to identify the characteristics of coal power,wind power and photovoltaic Secondly,construct the investment value model of coal-fired power before and after CCS investment under environmental constraints,and analyze the value difference before and after CCS investment and the factors that affect the investment value.Then,build the investment value model of clean power technology under the environment constraint Wind power and optoelectronics as examples to analyze the difference between investment value of coal-fired power and clean power and its influencing factors.Finally,this paper constructs the optimization model of power supply structure under the environmental constraint and the investment value model of clean power instead of coal power.Clean power investment value to determine the feasibility of investing clean power.In this paper,the data of a large power generation company are brought into the model respectively to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and draw important conclusions.The analysis shows that coal power technology will still dominate China's power system.Under current environmental constraints,companies can give priority to investing in clean power sources to achieve emission reduction targets.The government can adopt a tighter carbon emission restraint policy to increase the price of carbon emissions trading,thereby stimulating companies to invest in CCS and clean power technologies.In addition,companies can increase their enthusiasm for investing in CCS by increasing their electricity production or improving carbon capture technologies.Theoretically,it is feasible to invest in clean power under optimized power supply.Through the theoretical analysis of the model and the case study,it provides decision-making basis and advice for the investors of clean power generation.
