With the rapid development of the Internet,people's lifestyles have undergone earth-shaking changes.The Internet has become an important channel for people to obtain information,and mobile phones,tablets,and home appliances have become unprecedentedly diversified in the way they access the Internet.The channels and methods for generating information are also more abundant.With the development of the Internet,e-commerce has grown vigorously and thus its advantages have been highlighted.Since e-commerce companies have emerged in large numbers,traditional physical companies have been threaten and online operations have started.After nearly two decades of development,the social environment and lifestyle have undergone tremendous changes,and e-commerce companies have begun to shift their focus to the offline market based on the situation.As a result,A new type of e-commerce model O2O(Online To Offline)closely related to people's lives has been rapidly developed.Its biggest advantage is that it can provide users with more experience services and is therefore favored by more and more enterprises.Today,we have entered the era of experience economy.User experience has become the focus of major companies and e-commerce companies in the “Internet+”era.The user experience is all the subjective feelings that the user produces in the process of using the product.The design of user experience advocates a systematic thinking model based on “user-centered”.It requires that both the online and the offline should be designed around the needs of the user for the purpose of allowing them experience more comfortable and smooth service and satisfying them the diversified and personalized internal needs of users,thus virtually increasing the loyalty and stickiness of users to the brand and returning visit rate.This thesis takes the O2O mode of the optical industry as the starting point conducts a systematic research on the era background,user experience,and the online and offline integration issues of the development of the optical industry.and this thesis expects to comb out the design elements of O2O development in the optical industry.By sorting out books,academic papers,and journal articles,datademonstration,and case analysis,the author sorted out the key elements to optimizing the user experience of the O2O model in the optical industry.First of all,two channels including improving the design of webpage interface and technology application of AR face recognition should be focused for the purpose of improving the user experience for online.Secondly,the user experience needs to be improved from the three aspects including brand image design,space display design and interactive experience design for offline.Finally,blending online with offline allows users to experience smoother service during the dispensing process.Hopefully,the thesis would provide some theoretical support and reference for the O2O mode of the optical industry to enhance the user experience.
