As an organic part of the socialist economy,the healthy development of non-public economy in the whole social economy plays an inestimable role,non-public economic talents has become an important driving force of social development.Under the new normal,international and domestic economic situation produced the new changes.Too subjective way of talent evaluation,because of the lack of scientific and standard selection system and mechanism,cannot adapt to the new normal economic situation complex talent assessment requirements.Therefore,how to use advanced modeling methods,establish a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system,perfecting the representative personage of the non-public ownership economy construction of a high quality talent team,non-public economy to guide the non-state-owned economy talents be patriotic dedication,integrity,law-abiding,a model of innovation,social returns,building new business relationship,seriously implement the central spirit of united front work,promotenon-state-owned economy talent work scientific,democratization,institutionalization,has important theoretical significance and social value.This topic first in extensive to solicit opinions from the government departments at all levels and enterprises,on the basis of the political accomplishment,work performance,social responsibility,build a comprehensive and detailed non-public economic talent comprehensive evaluation system;Then,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to quantitative analysis,the weighted assignment of each evaluation index;Finally,in a large number of entrepreneurs data acquisition dongxihu farm produce processing industry enterprises,on the basis of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,the evaluation system to test the evaluation index and the appropriate adjustments,as far as possible control of subjectivity,objectivity and scientific nature,the discovery of talent for non-public ownership economy,training,using,and managing to provide important basis,in order to promote the growth of the non-public economic talent direct guidance and incentive effect.
