Open innovation in 2003 was put forward,they are highly concerned about thescholars.Procter&Gamble,Huawei,Haier and other enterprises for the successful implementation of open innovation theory also provides a large number of cases.With the rapid development of the Internet,the speed of information transmission has also been a qualitative leap,open innovation is also a large number of enterprises to use,for enterprises to create a great value.How to improve the performance of open innovation,has become an open innovation theory of an important issue.According to the open innovation theory in the process perspective,open innovation refers to the process of enterprise internal and external knowledge development,knowledge preservation and knowledge utilization through innovation process and system.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of process,combined with a large number of cases,for the open-oriented open innovation,focus on inter-organizational knowledge sharing,intellectual capital sub-dimension and innovation performance connotation and role of the path,while the absorptive capacity theory,the absorption capacity into the Research,analysis of the impact of absorption capacity on the innovation process.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the innovation management of enterprises with open innovation.In this paper,this paper explores the impact of inter-organizational knowledge sharing on intellectual capital and innovation performance in view of the innovative model of export-oriented open innovation.On the basis of combing and sorting the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper constructs the existing research results,constructs the inter-organizational knowledge sharing as the independent variable,the intellectual capital sub-dimension as the mediator variable,the innovation performance as the dependent variable,The theoretical model of the variable.A total of 178 valid questionnaires were collected and screened by SPSS22.0 and LISREL8.8 software.The data were analyzed by reliability and validity,and the data of the research frame and data were ensured.Degree and validity level,followed by the correlation between the discriminant validity and the convergence validity of each variable.Finally,regression analysis was carried out to test each hypothesis.The results show that inter-organizational knowledge sharing has a positive impact on intellectual capital sub-dimension human capital,structural capital,relationship capital and innovation performance;Human capitaland relational capital play a part of mediating role in the model,and structural capital plays a completely mediating role in the model;In addition,the absorptive capacity has played a positive role in the relationship between the inter-organizational knowledge sharing and the human capital and the structural capital.However,this paper does not confirm the ability of the absorptive capacity to regulate the relationship between the inter-organizational knowledge sharing.The above conclusions show that the intellectual capital sub-dimension can strengthen the process of export-oriented open innovation,verify the internal knowledge base of the organization in the open innovation process played by the intermediary role,enriched the process of open innovation theory;At the same time,the introduction of absorptive capacity as a regulatory variable to verify their own ability in the enterprise open innovation process play a role in enriching the process of open innovation theory.From the practical point of view,with the speed of information flow faster and faster,open innovation has become an important innovation can not be ignored,but the overall performance of our company,the innovation performances is not satisfactory,open innovation There are still a lot of problems in the process.This paper examines the role of human capital,structural capital and relational capital in the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance among organizations,and provides a management idea for enterprises to manage open innovation.In addition,this paper introduces the absorption ability to clarify its impact on the process of open innovation,and guide enterprises to enhance the innovation knowledge and resource transformation process,for enterprises to improve innovation performance provides a feasible strategy and direction.However,the study of this paper still has some shortcomings.First of all,in the design of the study,although the variables of this study are based on the literature combing and analysis,but due to the particularity of the subject,there is still a reasonable design of the measurement dimension for individual variables.Secondly,in the sample type,limited by the investigator's own ability,from the descriptive statistics of the sample can be seen that the survey sample focused on large state-owned enterprises,to a large extent affected the conclusions of the study in the open Innovation in the process of convincing.It is hoped that in the future research,we can continue to deepen in the theoretical level,in the research method,select the qualitative research to explore the specific research elements,and constantly improve and develop the measurement scale for this topic,for this area of governance issues lay a solid foundation.
