In the national "Eleventh Five-Year" plan,the exhibition industry development was first mentioned.Experienced more than 10 years of rapid development,exhibition industry has been a green industry which can enhance the image of the city and promote economic development.A large number of companies focus on services in the exhibition supporting were founded at the same time.Z is a company engaged in the operation and management of the exhibition business,after more than three years of development,it has formed a certain scale and have a certain popularity in the industry.This paper summarizes the basic situation and operation status of Z company,and finds out that there are problems in project acquisition,ticketing distribution and on-the-spot management of exhibition period.The process of acquisition and low-cost bid and other issues using the interview method for analysis.According to the experience of the staff and the feedback of the tourists,the tourist satisfaction questionnaire was designed.By analysing the survey results,we understand the customer's overall evaluation of the exhibition activities,found that tourists have a higher require on the ticketing marketing,Site service facilities and service personnel.Secondly,it puts forward the optimization plan of "full investigation,project operation and strengthening brand",and provides the idea of operation and management of Z company's ticketing operation and improves the core competitiveness of Z company from the strategic point of view of operation and development.Finally,from the aspects of policy,organization,communication,talent,incentive and system,provide security measures for Z company's optimizaion process to ensure the implement of optimization and improvement.
