The innovation of financial products,as a powerful weapon for commercial bank's competition in the market,is becoming particularly important along with the further open-up of today'sfinancial pattern.Since the reform and opening up,our country's commercial bank driven by internal and external factors such as system reform,market demand,industry competition and impetus of government,product innovation has a great development,the product category increases continuously,product function more powerful,but compared with the developed countries there is a big gap,and there are also many problems.This paper begins with the related theories of financial innovation of commercial banks in China,analyzes the innovation environment,the driving factors and effect,and then choosethe innvation of China Construction Bank as an example,through the analysis of online banking products for four big state-owned commercial banks,comparative and study of China Construction Bank in the current stage of product innovation and existing problems,then analyze the causes,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of innovative banking products.Facing of the increasingly fierce Industry competition,actively carry out the innovation of financial products is the only way China Construction Bank face of market competition,it only to effectively speed up the pace of innovation in financial products to win the initiative in the competition of the financial market.Therefore,it is of practical significance to increase the product innovation of commercial banks to expand the scale of China financial market,and to enhance thecompetitive strength of commercial banks.
