Nanchang branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank has a long history and good reputation in our country.Although with strong financial strength,multi customer channels to make it in the financial market competition has been in an invincible position,but now because of the financial impact of the Internet,it is also facing a lack of quality of service of innovative products,such as the decline in serious problems.The internal and external business environment constantly changing,the financial market is full of opportunities but also accompanied by risks,if the Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Nanchang branch always want to stand in an invincible position,we need to vigorously promote the marketing of financial products and innovation,adapt to the surrounding environment,enhance the relationship with customers to expand customer groups,to change from the scale of bank for business bank,enhance the ability to continue to profit.Based on the case studies collected by the individual in the course of personal financial practice of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Nanchang Branch,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign related research on the commercial banks’ financial products marketing and conducts the marketing of financial products in Nanchang Branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Analyzed and analyzed the new tendency of personal finance product marketing development,put forward to strengthen information construction,make full use of information superiority,form customer-centered internal management system reform,enhance teller’s sales ability and service ability,strengthen market segmentation,Strengthen product innovation ability six specific marketing measures.In addition,it also proposed five safeguard measures to strengthen team building,establish and improve performance appraisal system,strengthen internal preaching,strengthen market cultivation,improve management system and financial resources.This article uses the case study and the theoretical research combining the research method,has analyzed the Pudong Development Bank in the individual financial product marketing present situation,and proposed the improvement measure,has added a strength for the financial product marketing research,to our country commercial bank at this stage There is a certain reference for the development of personal financial business.However,the research results of this paper have not yet been implemented in the enterprise,its actual utility has not been tested,which is one of the shortcomings of this article.
