H Copper Processing Enterprise Supply Chain Financin Plan Optimization Research

In recent years,with the deepening and rapid development of market economy,the enterprise division is more and more refined and the competition between enterprises is more and more fierce.In order to adapt to the change,the enterprises have to adjust their operating conditions Improving supply chain is one of the means to raise competitiveness.With the coming of supply chain age all over the world,supply chain management plays a more and more important role in the production and sale of enterprises.Supply chain financing help to improve the capital liquidity and efficiency.At present,small and medium sized enterprises provide more than 65% GDP in China.They have played a more and more important role in the national economy,but because of many reasons,financing has been a difficult problem for their development,especially for the copper enterprises,which are capital intensive enterprises that need big investment but have small output.Due to their own limits,it is difficult to get enough credit funds,but copper enterprises are also particular,because their main production copper has the natural attribute of stable,easy to store and preserve value.It’s considered to be a good pledge goods,so the copper enterprises have a certain advantage to develop supply chain financing.This paper makes an analysis on the impact of the combine of copper processing enterprises and the supply chain financing.Then we can make a conclusion that the enterprise can improve the capital liquidity,efficiency and competitiveness by implementing the supply chain financing plan.This paper takes the current supply chain financing project of H company as the object case,expounds its shortage and puts forward the solutions.There are six parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research idea and method of the thesis by summarizing the domestic and foreign research results on the supply chain financing.The second part is about the theory of supply chain financing,the concept of supply chain financing theories are discussed in detail.The third part analyzes the present development situation of Yingtan copper processing industry and financing status,points out the difficulties of supply chain financing and then analyzes the reasons.The fourth part analyzes on the supply chain financing option of H company.We analyze the status of supply chain financing of H company,compare the operating changes before and after the supply chain financing and analyze the problem of current supply chain financing plan of H company in detail.They mainly are :the current plan cannot meet all of the company’s needs,the synergy between H company and upstream and downstream firms needs to be strengthened,financing scale effect needs to be improved and financing information needs to be improved.The fifth part puts forward optimization suggestion of the supply chain financing plan.By analyzing the operating situation and demands of H company,we put forward optimization target and suggestions of the supply chain financing plan.We could integrate the chain of upstream and downstream enterprises to strengthen the synergy effect,integrate the informational supply chain financing platform construction,increase consigned processing business,establish an open and transparent financial information system to reduce the risk of information asymmetry and improve risk rating system and standard.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Summarizes the research results,and puts forward the limitations of this study and future prospects,and finally make a research on the development trend of supply chain financing.This paper puts forward some supporting measures to optimize the supply chain financing project.In this paper,we give full consideration to the enterprise’s own situation and the development trend of supply chain financing,and put forward several proposals for H company to improve current supply chain financing model.These suggestions have certain theoretical and practical significance on promoting enterprise financing ability and increase the enterprise credit rating.
