| Vietnam’s food processing industry,which is in a strong growth momentum,has expanded its export while occupying the domestic market.However,due to the large number of small and medium-sized enterprises,it has been facing difficulties in financing,which has affected the development of enterprises.With the global development of the economy and the increasingly fierce competition,an innovative financing model of supply-financing chain has emerged.It integrates information flow,capital flow,and logistics,and can help solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized food processing companies in Vietnam.However,due to the late development of Vietnam’s supply-financing chain business,the corresponding laws,regulations and service system have not been perfect,so each participant in the supply chain faces many difficulties and obstacles in the actual business process,resulting in many uncertain risks,which seriously hinders the healthy and orderly development of supply-financing chain business.This article based on combing the relevant theories of supply-financing chain finds out the factors that affect the financing capacity of the food processing industry in Vietnam according to the financing characteristics of the food processing industry in Vietnam,and introduces relevant factors into the index system to evaluate the financing capacity of food processing enterprises’ supply chain.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation-AHP method is used in the article to establish the supply-financing chain capability evaluation model.With the development of Vinamilk’s supply-financing chain business in the Vietnamese food processing industry as the background,the established evaluation model is used to make a more realistic evaluation of its supply-financing chain capabilities.Studies have shown that by systematically evaluating the supply-financing chain capabilities of Vietnamese food processing companies,it is possible to identify key elements to enhance the supply-financing chain capabilities,and provide suggestions and countermeasures for providing Vietnamese food processing companies with supply-financing chain capabilities. |
