With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating of workplace rhythm, the higher level of "workplace cold violence" often emerged which combat the enthusiasm of subordinate employees seriously, but also have a negative impact on the organization.Among them, abuse supervision is prevalent in the organization and gaining more and more attention of researchers.Looking at previous studies,it can be found that research focuses more on the negative impact of abusive supervision on organizational output, but largely ignores the reasons why organization leaders are driving abuse supervision. The study found that individuals who are considered to have lower performance are likely to be leading hostile goals. In fact, abuse super-vision as a negative leadership behavior, not only exists in the individual level, but also exists in the team level.A team with low performance may also be a goal of leadership, that is,team performance may be harmful and threatening, allowing executives to spend a longer time solving poor performance. In addition, the individual's emotions are one of the important paths that affect the behavior.Individual negative emotions are closely related to the behavior of aggression. This study reveals the black box of team performance and abusive supervision from the emotional point. And in the approach-avoidance framework, this research discusses how specific negative emotions(anger, anxiety)mediate the relationship between team performance and active-abusive supervision or passive-abusive supervision. In addition, because the individual's emotional feelings are closely related to personal characteristics and evaluation of the segmentation, this study explores the regulatory role of cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression in the relationship between team performance and abuse supervision between the team performance and abusive supervision relationship. Therefore, this study attempts to use the AET and emotional regulation theory, through the amoderated model design,to explore the team performance on the abuse of emotional management path, while clarifying the different nature of the mood on the active abusive supervision and passive abuse Differences in management impact. In addition, this study takes the emotional regulation strategy as the boundary condition, and discusses the regulation effect of the emotional adjustment strategy on the relationship between team performance and abusive supervision. In this study,we first review the variables such as team performance, anger, anxiety, abusive supervision and emotional adjustment strategy.Secondly,we find the shortcomings of previous studies, and put forward the research hypothesis of this study.Thirdly, the results of this study are discussed. Finally, this research points the shortcoming of this study and the reasonable recommendations. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Team performance negative impact leader's active-abusive supervision and passive-abusive supervision.(2)Leader's anger has a significant positive impact on active-abusive supervision;leader's anxiety has a significant positive impact on passive-abusive supervision.(3)Leader's anger mediate the relationship between team performance and active-abusive supervision completely;leader's anxiety mediate the relationship between team performance and passive-abusive supervision from completely.(4)Cognitive reappraisal buffers the effect of team performance on leader's anger and anxiety, and moderated the mediated relationship through leader's anger and anxiety.Similarity, expressive suppression can also moderate the effect of team performance on leader's ang&r,and promote the tole of expressive suppression in the relationship between the team performance and the active-abusive supervision. But the expressive suppression in the team performance and leadership anxiety relationship has no significant impact.
