| Recently,with the promotion of sustainable development and low carbon economy,people take more attention to corporate social responsibility.The time for enterprises to pursue economic benefits has passed away.Recently,tourism industry,as the pillar industry of national economy,it has taken place problem such as destroying the ecological environment,over exploitation of scenic spots and forcing tourists to consume in the business process of tourism enterprises,which seriously restricts the development of tourism and also exposes the lack of social responsibility in tourism enterprises.Under this background,it is particularly important to study the social responsibility of tourism enterprises.Based on the theory of social responsibility and stakeholder,this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance of tourism listed companies and the impact of social responsibility on performance.On this basis,this paper selects the cross-sectional data of 25 A listed companies from the Shanghai and the Shenzhen stock exchange from 2012 to 2016 as the research samples,and analyzes the impact of the social responsibility performance of the listed tourism companies on the performance of the business through the SPSS22.0 statistical software.The positive performance of corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on business performance,but there is a certain lag.Finally,based on the results,we put forward some suggestions to the tourism listed companies to promote the initiative of fulfilling responsibility,and put forward the research prospect on the basis of summarizing the shortcomings,and hope to provide some reference for the scholars to study this research subject in the future. |
