In recent years,with the advent of the Internet Era,as well as the continuous advance of premier Li Keqiang's Public Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation,numerous small and medium-sized enterprises have emerged in China.However,as a coin has two sides,Internet boom has made some small and medium-sized enterprises in traditional industries face the dilemma of slower growth,while fulfilling a batch of other enterprises.Although many traditional small and medium-sized enterprises,which have gone through difficult periods of entrepreneurship and entered maturity periods,are in the key crossroads in transition,they do not know how to choose suitable and up-to-date strategies.Based on this situation,the author has selected a representative traditional small and medium-sized enterprise--H Company as the subject.As a high-tech enterprise,H Company is dedicated to the maintenance and cleaning service of business machines.Since its establishment in 2008,it has turned into a leading company among industry after 9 years of constant development.In the past two years,after entering a stable stage of development,the growth momentum and expansion rate of H Company has gradually slowed down.Company managers struggle with the frequent problems,such as capital operation crisis,employees' unauthorized access to private tasks during office hours,and fire-fighting work methods,at the same time,are confused by transitional strategies which can inspire the healthy and long-term development.The problems faced by H Company are also the ones that many small and medium-sized enterprises will encounter when they need to embrace the Internet through the transition to maintain sustained growth.As a result,the study is carried out from both internal and external aspects of H Company.It carries out the analysis in the form of company diagnosis.Firstly,taking advantage of the PEST model to analyze the external macro-environment of the company;secondly,taking advantage of the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to carry out the detailed analysis of the competitive environment of H Company and then describing and diagnosing the external environment of the company in detail;finally,taking advantage of the SWOT,BCG Matrix and other tools to diagnose advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threat and product structures of H Company.According to the internal and external environment analysis,the research found out the problems of current strategies of H Company one by one.Including the overall strategic planning is not suitable for the current situation of the company;the product structure is single with the slow industry development;financial policy is too conservative which is not conducive to the expansion of the company;the motivation of employees is not enough,and the management modes are outdated.At the end of the thesis,the author put forward corresponding strategic guidelines for the "scale expansion and organization promotion" of H Company,including focus on brands,diversify the products,steady financial management and motivate staffs.Hoping the strategies can be provided to H Company through this kind of deepen analysis,and hoping to offer enlightenment and confidence for the ambivalent small and medium-sized enterprises.The significance of this research is that,through the consultation and diagnosis,H Company can find an effective strategic guideline for the continuous growth and further expansion in the limited industry growth.At the same time,this paper can help more similar companies or the ones in the strategic transition period find their own development strategies.
